| FREE | How do we calculate these charges? These charges represent the cost of packing, handling and getting the goods to you safely. Smaller orders may seem proportionally more expensive than larger ones , but this is due to the fixed costs involved in packing and handling your order. This way we don't need to inflate our prices to compensate for small orders requests.

Large Orders If you spend over £99 (ex vat) we'll pay the postage for you! (UK Mainland Excluding Some Highlands & Ireland) Exports For Exports to Non EU countries please contact us for prices. We are happy to arrange complete door to door international deliveries to anywhere in the world. Packaging All items are very well packaged. In the unlikely event that your package looks damaged please check the contents before signing. If they are damaged please refuse delivery or sign as 'damaged'.
Accepting your Goods Most orders will be sent using a signed-for service. If you are out when a delivery attempt is made you will be left a card with instructions. Parcel Force and FEDEX will usually attempt delivery again the next day and the Royal Mail will often leave the package at your local post office for collection. If shipped vis FEDEX Express Unattended service your delivery will be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour if possible. Please note we will not be held responsible for missing parcels if left in agreed place. If after three attempts with FEDEX or you fail to collect from local post office we reserve the right to chrge you for a re delivery and costs of returning parcel to our warehouse. Out-of-Stock Items In the unlikely event that you chosen product cannot be delivered within 5 working days you will be notified immediately by email or telephone. You may then cancel your order for a full refund or place you chosen product on back-order for delivery in the future. Timing We will make every effort to deliver orders within the delivery option requested at the time the order was placed. However we cannot guarantee this and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside this time.
Returning Unwanted/Damaged Goods Please request our returns form it contains full instructions and a return address label.
If you need to return any unwanted items we recommend Royal Mail 1st Class signed for (if under 2kg). For larger items please call for collection price. If we have already agreed to pay your return postage you must ask for a collection here stating the reason for your return. We will then contact your promptly with instructions via email or telephone.
